Slowly working on self-improvement things, and it MIGHT be me wishful thinking, but I feel a slight difference, and I'm finding it encouraging!

Hey that's really good. Thank you everyone for an incredible first 24hrs. Even using the old view system, the video has 60k "Engaged Views," meaning this is the strongest Day 1 a SimplySnaps video has ever had by twofold. I'm truly grateful, IDK what else to say but "Neat."

Wow! Even with the inflated views since my last upload, this Demo video is a *real* best of 10! (Engaged views are just the old way of counting views from before August)

Hiram (blond) and Vidar (brunet), definitely not about to get into trouble they could have easily avoided. 🎨 I love these 2 idiots, and must restrain myself to not spend all day doodling them lol #oc #ocsky

A digital drawing of 2 men, one in front of the other. The man behind the one in front is Hiram. His is a tall thin blond man, with large oval glasses, in a basic suit and a dark blue tie.
He is holding a nondescript book, blushing slightly while looking at the man in front with a mildly trepidatious expression.
The man in front who is shorter with a stocky build is Vidar, he is smiling while mid talking, eyes closed facing twords the viewer and away from Hiram. He has brown hair, styled into an undercut, with the longer hair pulled back into a braid.
He has a line that has stitches running down the left side of his face and down his arm. He is in a toupee tunic with the left sleeve cut off.
The bg is a mix of a grey blue and orange shapes. The 2 men have a white outline around them.

Ok so situations keep adjusting and that's why I haven't made a solid post about this yet. Instead here's this thread, at least for now. HUGE thanks to everyone who's extended kindness either through sharing or donating some funds, you have no idea how much it means. Thread:

A traditional drawing of the character Facing to the left and looking at the viewer with a relaxed smile. The piece is drawn from the chest up, and in the artists own style, no arms are visible under her cloak. And their is no background.

A thing I find really funny in hindsight is that when I look back at older comic ideas and characters I had in middle school, so many of the characters were gay/bi, or gender non-conforming. I was always like this with my queer little characters, even as an egg lol

A digital drawing of the artists OC Garret.
Garret is a man in his 20's with short hair spiked up, a face tattoo of 3 scratches over his left eye, and a nick missing from the top of his ear on the same side.
He's drawn in a simplified style holding his two fists up smiling while blushing . The background is doodled flowers and circles. And above him it says "that went well!"

Artists! 🖌️🎨 Quote post with an old piece that you still like! #OC it's Cecilia and Bikky~ I started this in 2018. It's the last WIP I remember showing my mom before she died, so it took a while to finish after that and wasn't done until a few months into 2019. I'm still a bit fond, though!

original character art of a teenaged girl in a dress with long blonde hair and a crown. She is walking through shallow water with a bow and a quiver full of arrows. At her side is a bear. The image has a lot of pink and purple hues, making the girl's hair pop, along with some lily pads floating in the water behind her and her bear.

URGENT PLEA FOR HELP
Today the Humane Society of Cambria County responded to an overwhelming situation involving a home with 120 cats.

We have agreed to take 20 of these cats and provide safety and care they desperately need.

By taking these cats, our shelter is now 36 cats over our normal capacity.

Every one of these new arrivals needs to be properly vetted, and spayed or neutered, We are committed to giving them the care they deserve-but we TRULY CANNOT DO IT WITHOUT THE HELP OF OUR COMMUNITY.

WE desperately need:

Monetary donations to help cover veterinary expenses

Cat food

Cat litter- This is an especially urgent need.

Supplies to help us care for the cats now in our shelter

Even a small donation can make a difference. If you would prefer to donate supplies; please visit our website where you can find information on the types of food and litter we regularly use.

THIS IS A GENUINE PLEA FOR HELP!

Please help us give these cats the medical care, food, comfort, and second chance they deserve.
