I just want to say to everyone, thank you. Thank you for bearing with me, whilst I figure out what on earth I'm doing, and for getting back into a stride that I can manage to let me role play once more. Link will be back, it's just taking time to reconnect properly.

The other elephant in the room is what is going to happen to this account. Honestly, combining the above with just how working in education is, I can't promise this will be the pinnacle of activity. I dearly want to get back to portraying this adorable disaster child, but it's going to take time.

The elephant in the room is that, even now, I'm still not fully recovered. 21 months later, I'm still feeling the shockwaves. I find myself with a mental block in trying to do any form of role play, almost entirely because I'm still trying to deal with wild combinations of inadequacy and grief.

An abusive relationship also played into it. Whilst I had been out of the relationship for just over 3½ years by the point I broke down, I had already had the entrenched behaviours that emotional abuse sets into you. It never ceases to amaze me how much just one person can mess you up.

In the briefest possible terms, and without revealing too much: In October 2024, I had a breakdown. I was off of work for 6 months until I had recovered enough to go back, and even then, that presented a challenge. The cause was a lot of unprocessed grief, dysphoria, and work related stress.

Activity on this account has been zero for months, outside following people and liking a few posts. Role playing hasn't happened. Not for the fact that I haven't wanted to, more I've just not had the energy to do so. Work has taken a lot out of me, yes, but there is more at play here.

swiss It's always been something I've felt about your Majora. Even from way back when. It's developed in that time, don't get me wrong, but it's been something that I've always associated with him. It's something that has only developed as time has gone on.
