Opinion: Fewer people are tipping because more places are pushing tipping for (a) no reason, or (b) higher percentages. (a) A merchandise store cashier should not expect to be tipped. (b) Restaurant tipping minimums went from 10% to 20% without a thought. How about we just pay people better?
