"Anything that's edible works for me!" Anaxa throws his boots to the other side of the bathroom and his trousers over them. Eyepatch is gone, and his hair is loose too. The rest of his clothes are in a pile, and he gets into the water, submerging entirely. Blows bubbles for a while and all.

clear, he takes his gunshot out from his belt and carries it to the bathroom, closing the door. The bumping sounds after came from him leaning the weapon against the door. Then the rustle of fabric. He's getting undressed.

dust that falls on the cushions. "Don't be daft. I am pretty sure you are wishing to share the bed with me..." He grunts, shaking his head. "I'm going to bathe. Don't peek, or I'll put a bullet in your other eye." To make his statement »

He raises a blackened finger before entering the house. "Hmph! Do not make assumptions that fast! I'm an alien, don't forget it. There are parts of our DNA that are probably different. Sadly, I lack the equipment for that." He brushes his cape off, leaving it on the couch. It releases a fine »

"I'm this close to finding out what's the core component of each living thing in this blasted planet. Strangely, our cells are not too different!"

000

"That's what I wanted to hear. Lead the way." How funny that he was pretty pliant the moment he was promised what he wanted. He's a bit of a hypocrite but a well-behaved one, in this case. He flicked his hands, minding to not touch Kaeya with them and cover his shirt with soot. »

"Arrgh, I'm fine!! I just need a bath and you to stop following me around like a kicked puppy!" He doesn't mean any of those words, he's just hangry. "Now, may I invite myself to your home?"

His stomach grumbles, but he ignores it. "Well, certainly. I haven't tasted a bite for several days. My issue, actually, since I have been experimenting on... several creatures from your realm." Points at his charred fingers. "Do you have something to clean them up?"

000

I will murder you if you come near me or my instruments right NOW.

inside. "do you live in the dark?" He chuckled, trying to lighten up his own mood.

000

He stood at the entrance with an air of uncertainty. The inside was still dark, but he can see part of the furniture, bathed in the light of the street. He had fallen silent after Kaeya stating that he simply liked his company, fighting a battle he was bound to lose. And he finally set foot »

murmured a curse and bent down to pick up his cuff. "The wind is truly annoying in this place."

000

"Or is the silence so loud you need to drown your thoughts?" They passed below the arch at the entrance of the city, the torches flickering as a gust of wind blew around them. Anaxa's hair cuff was blown off, falling to the ground and releasing his mint locks from its jewelled prison. He »

Anaxa remembers waking up in the morning, all bundled up beside the warmth of his student. The emotion he felt in the waking moments of his consciousnes... it still gnaws at his stomach sometimes. Like right now. "Hah. Is your bed that cold?" He turned to deflect the emotion, as always. »

Anaxa walked beside him, his fingers holding tightly at Kaeya's hand. Theres an absent minded expression on his face, his thoughts lost in the reminiscence of the same words he told Phainon that rainy night. "𝐷𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘 𝑎𝑡 𝑚𝑒 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 𝑡𝘩𝑎𝑡. 𝐼 𝑡𝑜𝑙𝑑 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑦 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡𝘩𝑒 𝑛𝑖𝑔𝘩𝑡." A huge error. »

mattress." Not that he was complaining. The price of a house in this land was exhorbitant for his... situation. "Take me to your humble abode, valiant knight."

000

"Pfft. Is it really so rare to lie beneath the soil that nurtures life?" He makes a gesture with one hand, still petting Kaeya's hair with the other, but he let go, taking one step away from the windrise tree. "But I will abide by your rules. It's been time since i've rested my bones in a soft »

the shy type." He protested with a pout. "alright... but just so you know, I don't think there's anybody roaming this place. Why so coy?"

000

It was easy to surrender to the touch. To feel nothing but only the need and desire, detach any other emotion, and let go. He did for a fraction of time, though. But words spoken still pierced through the numbing mists of desire, bringing him back to his senses. "Tch... I didn't know you were »

Anaxa's smile is hidden behind his slender fingers, eyeing the man carefully. "Oh... would you do that?"

000

Such an inconvenient moment to get on a question mood for Kaeya. He's hiding his worry behind a nasty facade, once again. "What are you gonna do, arrest them?"

000

together. It lasted enough to second guess what he was about to do, but not to call the whole thing off. No, no. He wanted that man, and he'll get him. It's definitely not an insult to his memory or cheating. Ugh. How inconvenient. "Ah, just go ahead. Don't make me regret it."

000

Anaxa's little hum of satisfaction was way more enticing that his own words, breath coming out in a long, sweet exhale as he allows Kaeya's intrusion. "How sharp. You'd be a great student if you were part of my class." A painful memory came out as soon as he finished talking, pressing his lips »

him. Maybe he's shy? "Go on. Take a guess." He masterfully slipped a shoulder off his coat, as if it was accidental and not a plan to make him lose his mind. "You might get a little reward if you make it on the first try..."

with fertilizers. There's dirt under his nails too. It's been quite some time since he cared for them like he would do if lived in adequate housing. All these small things add to the strange charm that pulls the cavalry captain to him. But Anaxa is quite frustrated that Kaeya had barely touched »

100

"Mmhm. You are an intelligent man, Kaeya. I'd be surprised if you hadn't figured it out yet." Anaxa's body feels small, warm, and smells of chemicals, mostly in his hair. By the acidic aftertaste that clogs the nose after a whiff, one knows well that the smaller man has been playing around »

Anaxa releases a loud sigh of contempt. "If stress is what makes you get as drunk as Phagousa's goblet, I could give you an alternative." His lip curls, smiling oh so mischievously, a hand going to rest on top of Kaeya's hair, scratching the scalp in a sort of affectionate petting.

000

"and isn't that your goal." He closed the book, leaning his head on him. "To become perfectly brainless, until the sweet drunken unconsciousness takes hold of you." He pauses, frowning. "... so why are you here, huh?"

The man lifted his head up from the book he was reading, tilting his neck. "What a surprise, that you're not in that tavern getting drunk!"

000

he took a few steps towards what he remembers is the way to the Good Hunter.

100

"Tch... I don't think it's of good manners to knock at your door early in the morning with 'mister Kaeya, would you be so kind of letting me use your bath?'" Somehow the tone he used was so close to Kaeya that it was uncanny. He waved a dismissive hand. "Call it whatever you want. I'm hungry." »

lip, repressing a sniff. "You don't really mean it, don't you?"

000

Kaeya is a good man. He can sense it. Open minded enough to feel attraction to an alien like him, and enough curiosity to even attempt closeness. "It's been so long since anyone has been this close to me." His voice comes out rougher than his usual tone, and emotionally charged. He bit his lower »
