Both-siderism is just fascist propaganda for surrender. Fight for every inch. Primaries, locals and general. Quitting is why the US slides right and HOLY SHIT y'all are determined to quit before the fight even begins.

This might be one of the most insane scandals in game history When Pokemon Go players scan PokeStops, theyve been unknowingly building a detailed visual model of the world which is being sold to a military contractor to build a no-GPS positioning for the new generation of unmanned killing machines

And to be clear, he lost my support in the primary. I was really hoping he would lose. But the primary is over, suck it up and move on. The alternative to him is still worse and we have other battles to fight. Until the left learns to do that, we will continue to kneecap ourselves.

He's not at all, again you care more about making a banger tweet than reality

And you'd rather make a totally banger tweet than have another Republican on the Senate that will vote against everything you care about. Doesn't fucking matter what you wish the people of maine did. Literally at all.

I love when people complain about the excesses of our current capitalist system and suggest the solution is buying the most insane, stupid product conceivable.

They don't want to abandon him or abandon the Senate seat? Primary is over, this is what we've got.

So now the reason is that we should eat food that is likely to make us sick and has no benefit at all, because people have starved and/or are starving? I feel like the real reason is just that you would rather be contrarian and sick than admit someone else was right

Hercules Mooligan @hercluesmooligan.bsky.social · 11/06/2026
What a fascinating series of words that makes no point Are you attempting to argue that because any food could technically contain pathogens, it makes as much sense to buy the thing that is very likely to contain pathogens as the thing which has been specifically treated to kill the pathogens?

Feel like "choosing to endanger yourself by not getting vaccines" is a solid warning side for suicidal ideation. Literally gambling their life for no reason.

Communists aren't on the battleground, the communist argument is to aggressively surrender until things magically become what they want

Jesus fucking Christ do you all have brain damage or are you just bots "No you can't do that, it would mean doing this thing that is the basis of the exact industry you're criticizing"

"hey this parasite is bleeding us dry" "No actually you need an iron supplement" What is this complete pretend world that y'all talk about where the people making this money are in any way related to building houses? It is absurd, there's no argument here. The product less industry is right there

No I am legitimately confused why every single time anyone mentions stopping one of the most profitable sections of the economy, that produces nothing, this swarm of accounts materialized to play dumb about the fact that this exists

Hercules Mooligan @hercluesmooligan.bsky.social · 10/06/2026
It is fucking exactly what scalping is, it could not be more scalping if it tried. Buying a good not to use it, but to jack up the price. It's parasite shit. The fact that it is a standard business practice to do it with a fundamental necessity isn't a defense of it
100 0
Hercules Mooligan @hercluesmooligan.bsky.social · 10/06/2026
Are you trying to make the most disingenuous argument possible The people scalping housing aren't the ones making it. The people making billions on the real estate industry aren't the people building them, it's not even developers. Ffs why are people's brains so rotted on this

Hercules Mooligan @hercluesmooligan.bsky.social · 09/06/2026
Again the real estate industry is right there How are y'all seriously going LALALALALALALA NOPE CANT MAKE MONEY THAT WAY LALALALALA

Hercules Mooligan @hercluesmooligan.bsky.social · 09/06/2026
God it's so fucking weird how people come out of the woodwork to defend the real estate industry as though there aren't receipts right there of the billions they make without producing anything

Hercules Mooligan @hercluesmooligan.bsky.social · 09/06/2026
So that's what scalping is The person who makes the thing sells it at a price Then people who don't want to consume it go "I can extort more than that out of people" and buy it up. That creates artificially more demand and sends money to parasites.

Yeah ocean data centers are very interesting, but we need serious studies on how that heat would affect ocean life and ocean currents The ocean has been burying our co2 and heat from GW in the deep ocean. If we start pumping in more heat and creating upward currents that carry the heat/co2 up...

The affordability side is price controls from my perspective. In particular housing, the scalping of our housing market is a catastrophe eating up too much of our income with none of it going towards production of goods.

I use a local model on my PC for my basic usage, which is 90% Linux and home networking questions. Resource usage is less than gaming. No chance I could make an AI video on that rig.

A big thing in unions is "HR is there to protect the company, not you". That is a huge real criticism Their argument has nothing to do with that because they aren't mad about HR, they're mad about something being "female coded" and having power.

It took like 10k years to come out of it, so not much change in an individual lifetime. But that change from ancestors stories, the ocean rising more and more... Yeah absolutely And the glaciers retreating, everything expanding north into new lands scraped clean for 90k years
