As the Supreme Court continues to delay issuing a ruling on tariffs, the Constitution remains as clear as ever. Article 1, Section 8, lists the "enumerated powers" reserved exclusively to Congress, including the power to levy duties (tariffs). Only Congress, not the President, can set tariffs.

Jeg kender godt nok ikke detaljerne i EU/US handelsaftalen endnu, men hvordan kan en aftale der ensidigt pålægger EU varer i US en 15% told, forpligter EU til massive investeringer i US, pålægger EU stål en 50% time i US ….. og INTET den modsatte vej, være en acceptabel aftale??

Studying history you know that this is a highway towards authoritarianism. When people are dissatisfied with their elected leaders they loose trust in the system and become inclined to look for a strong leader to fix the problem. Generations of politicians are responsible for this!
