Practice-changing RCT at #ISTH2025 Late-Breaking Clinical Trial!!! In acute VTE patients, apixaban therapy led to less clinically-relevant bleeding than rivaroxaban for the first 3 months of therapy. Kudos to Dr Castellucci and colleagues. #COBRRA-VTE
