My painting deadline is Thurs AM at the latest to enter it in the community fair and I had NOTHING. I think this one is going to work out. I have entered the past 2 years and never get a ribbon 😔 . I did get an ice cream coupon from a local business for my cupcake painting which was delightful.

Memo to self: shorten torso and move leotard to align with chest. I knew something major was off but couldn’t put my finger on it until I walked away. Works every time.

Watched Noroi: The Curse after seeing it recommended so many times. I bet people are very divided with half thinking it’s the most boring movie of all time and half saying it’s a masterpiece. I was locked in, nothing seems so outrageous to knock you out of feeling like it’s real found footage.

Piano tuner casually telling a story about a piano exploding and taking out a wall. You hear about the danger of garage door springs all the time but I’ve played piano my whole life and never thought about what happens when the wood in an old piano cracks and releases all that tension at once.
