Ik this point isn't nearly as consequential as other bs of AI, but still. A large reason why porting Doom & Bad Apple to everything reached meme status is because of the high effort to port them to increasingly niche things. The more these projects are vibe coded, the more the whimsy is lost

Something a lot of these vibecoded mods, recomps, and hell even goofy projects miss is a big part of the novelty is someone taking massive amounts of time, dedication, programing knowledge to make them. When all of it's done by a bot anyone can use, what's so special about it?
