Honestly... like I don't want to completely drop interests bc I'm older, but I find myself wanting to distance from some fandoms & corners of the RGC just so I don't feel like this lol

Tilapia lemon bake! I feel I could've gone heavier with the seasoning but oh well, first time making this after all

You guys wanna see some lemon slices with a comically large rind?

Technically I've reduced my social media usage to a few sites, but a lot of times I feel like I'm not actually reducing my usage & just replaced scrollihg with constant flipping through and pressing refresh on the sites I'm on :( Social media equivalent of this tbh;

Scams targeting artists don't even care anymore, I just got a dm on Fanfiction dot Net of all places asking if I wanted to get my work adapted as a comic - haven't used fanfiction in 6+ years - who scouts for work on a fanfiction site? - at least mention the fandoms I wrote for smh

PM alert from fanfiction.net reading;

Subject: Commissioned- Based artist.

Hi! I recently came across your story and genuinely enjoyed reading it. The world and characters you've created immediately caught my attention, and I found myself imagining how their journey could be represented through visually engaging Comic or Webtoon artwork.

I'm a freelance comic artist specializing in character-focused illustrations and Comic/Webtoon-style artwork. I enjoy working with writers to bring their stories into a visual format while staying faithful to the original atmosphere, emotions, and creative vision. Your story gave me several ideas for how its characters, scenes, and important moments could be developed through sequential artwork.

If you've ever considered adapting your story into a Comic or Webtoon,

I'd be happy to discuss your vision and explore the possibility of working together.

I feel like I've created the ultimate low-hanging fruit #tomodachilife

tomodachi life screenshot. It's a news story titled "Console With No Games Bath Boom!" captioned "It seems an entrepreneur with an overfull warehouse has come up with a new idea that's taking off - putting a console with no games in a bath."

The scene has a Mii in bath surrounded by PS5s (instead of playing games)

Didn't play as much iidx (resetting up your settings is annoying tbh), plus I've gotten very rusty (too shy to scorepost!). But i did end up spending a lot of time on popn #popn
