Some sketches with my OCs lore while i am planning my practice comic and living my life. It feels nice to doodle Emily's and Kassius's faces, it's so relaxing... #sketch #oc

It's almost bilberry season, but I’ve moved to a place where they don't grow :(

Eh, I'm not great at being social on social media, but here we are. I'm taking part in ArtFight this year and have already made a few attacks. These are the characters I drew: 1. Natalia by flyingcows (artfight.net/~flyingcows) #artfight #digitalart

A girl is sitting on the floor of an abandoned building. Sunlight shines on her through a broken window

Hello #PortfolioDay! I draw from time to time, mostly little critters with a historical art theme, or just drawings of my birdie!

Art piece inspired by three ceramic tiles, depicting a duck, a leopard and a squirrel, all done in shades of blue, over a yellow background

An illustration in the style of an ancient roman mosaic, depicting an anthro dog, dressed as a gladiator. There is an inscription under him that says "Cave Canem", which means "Beware of the Dog"

Illustration made on a medieval style of a red unicorn lying besides a white dragon

Anthropomorphic magpie wearing a turtleneck, square glasses and a jacket, holding a statuette of Horus, in the form of a falcon. He is inside a dimly lit room, a number of ancient bird-related artifacts decorate the wall behind him.

I accidentally scaled down an almost-ready sketch that I really loved to 258x400px 😭😭😭 I saved it and drew over it, so it can’t be restored 😭 I’m spending the rest of my life in a trash can bye everyone

More shot 6 BG (video to follow). These elements are shown painted over the 3DCG layout, in perspective, as seen by our 3D camera. Completed paintings were scanned and mapped back onto the geo. <see ALT text for more info> #TEKKONKINKREET #AMERBETON #鉄コン筋クリート #anime #animebg #handpainted

The "King You" sign (the joke being that "kingyō" = "goldfish")

If I remember correctly "M S T" stands for "Montessori School of Tokyo," where my kids went to school ☺

Corrugated metal roofs and rustic factory windows!

There is a bunch of stuff going on here.

On the front-facing billboard: ニッカー if I'm not mistaken, a portmanteau or pun combining "Nicker" (the maker of Poster Colours, the opaque watercolors favored by BG artists in Japan) and "knickers," as in underwear. アリアス = "Arias" (that's me！). And 靴下 = "socks." So it's a billboard for a socks maker ("made by Japanese wool craftsmen").

The other billboard, on the left side, says "SAKAMOTO," presumably for Takuma Sakamoto, Tekkonkinkreet's CG sup., who I've worked with many times over the years.

😅😅😅

This year wasn’t super productive art-wise, but I got a nice job after 2 years of burnout and unemployment. Slowly getting back into drawing, and my life isn’t a hot mess anymore :^) Happy holidays, everyone! template author: @papakkapao.bsky.social #digitalart #artsummary #artsummary24

This one is from 2023. I used to dislike it, but I eventually changed my mind (though I’m still cringing a little bit). This is a school AU. Someone beat up Cassius, and Emily is like 'wtf, who did this to you' #art #digitalart #oc #helleg_oc

Normalize inconsistency in your art. Normalize not making every art piece super detailed and intricate. Normalize just creating art for the sake of it.

#huevember day 7 cw: blood (just in case) I’m noticing early signs of burnout, so I'll take a break from daily drawing.😓 I might still doodle a few sketches for Huevember. Anyway, thanks for the likes! It warms my heart to see people appreciate my drawings. #huevember2024 #art #oc #helleg_oc

#huevember day 3 I usually don't draw environments, but today’s the day! Made in Blender and deep-fried to perfection with Photoshop filters :D This is a scene from an old dream. #huevember2024 #art

#huevember day 2 First attempt at making a pattern! It looked boring, so I added a sketch of Emily in the foreground. Designing patterns is way more complicated than I expected... #huevember2024 #art #pattern #oc #helleg_oc
