A tweet from Rovio announcing a collaboration between Angry Birds 2 and Super Monkey Ball.

The text says, "🐒 Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble rolls into Angry Birds 2 in a limited time event!

Read all about it here 🔗 https://rov.io/SMBinAB2"

An image is attached showing the monkeys Aiai, Gongon, and Palette in balls rolling down a path of wooden planks alongside the birds Red, Yellow, and Black (who are not in balls, of course).

speaking of that combo contest, who the hell decided this layout was okay? playercam covers some of the game, and they really couldn't be bothered to list any information whatsoever? not the round the contest is in, not the name of anyone on screen, not even THE NAME OF THE PERSON PLAYING THE GAME?

this is such a poorly-written article it's actually embarrassing. y'all need to take this one down. here's what ken jennings actually said, in direct response to a trans woman, because you're too cowardly to include it in your article.

sega is also using AI-generated images in the discord server for their content creator program aiai is horribly disfigured in this image... also, it's ironic that they're using a monkey ball character here when monkey ball wasn't even a selectable option when signing up for this very program!

A Twitter post from @TheTrueBrenden that says:

"I wasn't invited to this stupid ass content creator thing but I also wanna note I found out they use ai generated artwork in the discord server!

isn't this company great? they sure do what nintendont am I right! 💙🧡❤️"

A screenshot of a banner posted in Discord is attached. In the center, the word "quest" is written in all capital letters in front of a Sonic-style ring, with Tails (from Sonic) to the left and Aiai (from Super Monkey Ball) and Ichiban (from Yakuza/Like A Dragon) to the right. This banner includes some obviously AI-generated elements. Aiai in particular looks awful, with a disfigured right arm and a strange-looking tail (he does not even have a tail normally).

I'm now officially on commentary for this run, and Nambo isn't on social media, so you're gonna be hearing about it from me. It's currently scheduled for Monday (July 6th) at 1:30pm CT, and if you have literally any interest at all in Monkey Ball speedruns, Stardust is a must-watch.

A partial screenshot of the Summer Games Done Quick 2026 schedule. It shows the game Super Monkey Ball: Stardust scheduled for 1:30pm on Monday, July 6th. The category is All Stunt Goals, played on Wii, with an estimate of 50 minutes, run by Nambo.

NAMBO IS RUNNING SUPER MONKEY BALL STARDUST AT SGDQ This is one of the best Monkey Ball level packs ever created, and this run is packed with absolutely ridiculous and precise stunts. I'm thrilled that this finally got in!
