In Parliament today as peers meet for the first time in Committee on the Tobacco and Vapes Bill 🚭 2 key amendments today 💰 A polluter pays levy on the tobacco industry to raise £700m a year 🛣️ A roadmap to a smokefree country, every 5 years to help everyone to quit for good!

My son loves looking at the ads on the tube 🚇 always spotting his favourite musicals 🎶 He saw this one and went "ooh sweets" 🍬 Trading standards are right: shorturl.at/I6yN1 We urgently need regulation for nicotine pouches to stop them being sold and marketed to children

What's it like to work for a public health charity? 😬 I was a few cigarette butts short for our photo op for MPs on weds. Unfortunately it is REALLY easy to find some 🚬 "Filters" are the most littered item on the planet and my neighbourhood is no exception. 🚭

Another day, another example of inappropriate nicotine product placement 😒 Shops shouldn't be putting labubus next to products that are for smoking cessation. Vapes are not toys! 🪀 This is why we need the Tobacco & Vapes Bill! 🧾
