As cognitive neuroscientists we prefer task-based neuroimaging. Most lifespan and Alzheimer's studies are restricted to resting-state fMRI. Our Nature Reviews Neuroscience comment led by @loopyluppi.bsky.social discusses how to reveal cognitive states from rsfMRI www.nature.com/articles/s41...
