Shang Qinghua and Shen Qingqiu are in a cave where there’s a space on the wall that appears to have a hidden door, but it doesn’t open. Shen Qingqiu asks Shang Qinghua, “Where’s the door?”

Shang Qinghua approaches the door spot and pushes it with both his hands, stating, “I drafted it right here.”

There is no door. Shang Qinghua turns around and avoids Shen Qingqiu’s gaze, sweating nervously. “I… I see the issue,” he surmises.

Shen Qingqiu is visibly angry, retorting with, “Oh, do you?!”

Also, it's not about how small or visible the presence is. It's that they are there in the first place. In 2020 roughly 75,000 National Guard were mobilized across the country, mostly for Covid 19 assistance but at least 17,000 for BLM protests. The difference being that this was done by governors
