Bards from the College of the Uncanny may seem mortal, but there’s something about them that deserves a double-take. Their eyes might reflect the light oddly, or their teeth may be just too sharp. Perhaps it is the way they move, like a predator stalking its prey.

A Bleak Citadel is a panopticon style prison/monastery structure, gloomy and full of tapestries/statuary, where those Stormcast that have lost
themselves to Reforging are effectively in retirement. The deluded and half-mad FEC ghouls have stormed this place thinking they are freeing
the wrongly imprisoned – and perhaps, in a way, they are.
