Lawyers out there -- a question... Based on my reading of the 22nd Amendment, it seems to have a fatal flaw. The restriction to 2 terms applies only to those elected to the office. What would prevent a VP from resigning and being replaced by a person who previously served 2 terms?

For all those who believe that Biden will decisively defeat Trump, remember that even without voter disenfranchisement, a candidate who received 70% of the vote can lose thanks to the electoral college. Not a likely result but possible.
