really overwhelmed (in a good) by the response to my A!kiri x B!baku piece for the @heatofourhearts.bsky.social zine! wondering what i'm talking about? here is a little sample: [ #krbk, #bnha, #zine ] Katsuki wasn’t what one would call a “damsel in distress” type, and yet here he was.

@heatofourhearts.bsky.social Here's my first piece that I wrote: archiveofourown.org/works/60224041 I had way too much fun with this piece. It's got Alpha Bakugou trying and failing miserably to win Omega Kirishima's heart. Thank you everyone who worked on this zine!

“Don’t think I’m ignorant to your scheming, human; you were not the prey I was hunting for, so I shall untie you. If you try to harm me, though…” The deep honeyed voice trailed off, the threat clear. Like that was going to stop Katsuki.

____

“Have you ever heard of Exiles?”

The word sent chills down Katsuki’s spine. Yes, he’d heard of Exiles; his childhood nightmares were filled with dragons eating him or his loved ones because they were crazed without their nest or mate. Out loud, he said, “Sounds familiar, why?”

My first preview for @heatofourhearts.bsky.social What's more summery and romantic than the Tanabata Festival? <3 #FanficPreview #KRBK #KirishimaEijirou #BakugouKatsuki #omegaverse

text on an orange sunset background: Writer CasterShell
"Tanabata"
Bakugou Katsuki stared at two pink lines on a single strip of damp paper. He was pregnant. How? Well… that was what usually happened when one did it without a condom during their heat. And he and Eijirou had certainly done it a lot during Katsuki’s last heat. Now he had to decide how to tell his boyfriend.
Hey, I’m pregnant. Too boring. Not romantic.
We’ve got a surprise for you. We? Already? He wasn’t even showing.
He could gift wrap a positive test. Ugh, no. Here, have my dried pee in a box. No thank you.
Katsuki sighed. He had to find the right moment. Maybe during Tanabata. Eijirou had said they’d go somewhere special for vacation, to celebrate in a different city. Sendai always pulled out all the stops for Tanabata. Maybe he’d find the perfect moment during their trip.

Second preview for @heatofourhearts.bsky.social This one is hot and spicy, perfect for a summer heat <3 Get your copy of the zine at hoohzine.bigcartel.com #omegaverse #KrBk #KiriBaku #FanficPreview #kirishimaEijirou #BakugouKatsuki

Orange background with a sunset at the text "“Do you want to come with me to the festival this weekend?”
Eijirou wiped his mouth to buy him some time. “I’m busy.”
Katsuki’s face fell and he let out a defeated, “Oh…”
Shit! Bad omega! Ejiriou chastised himself and tried to salvage the situation. “I’d love to!” That sounded too damn close to I love you. “I mean I want to.”
Katsuki was the unstoppable force meeting Eijirou’s immovable object. Which was the fancy way to say he had no sense of tact. “So why not? You working? I’ll talk to Fat—”
“No! I have the time off…” Eijirou knew how bad that sounded. He had to explain himself, just, quietly since they were in public. “… for my heat.”
