A new Enter and View report is available for our visit to the Oxford Magnetic Resonance Imaging Department (OMRI) at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Read our recommendations and the responses we received from @ouhospitals.bsky.social NHS Foundation Trust: healthwatchoxfordshire.co.uk/reports-hub/...
We recommended: Review and improve signage from the hospital main entrance to the department, and ensure patients are given clear directions prior to their appointment, to avoid patient confusion. Response from OUH NHS Foundation Trust: We will work with the Trust’s Estates and wayfinding teams to review signage from the hospital main entrance to the department and identify any further improvements needed. We will also review appointment information to ensure patients receive clear directions before their visit. [...] further assessment is appropriate in light of recent changes to the hospital layout
