HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 11/10/2026It's always so interesting to me how similar the soundtracks to Pokemon Stadium 2 and Pikmin are. Yes, same composer and same release year, but based on what the games are you wouldn't expect so much overlap. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Still kinda disappointed that before the death of Rock Band they never added any version of I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major-General. 000 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 04/10/2026I can't hear the word "Switch" without thinking about the song. I think of the song before the video game console, even though I play the console every day. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Just discovered an old email address that I made in 2006 thanks to someone trying to send a verification code to reset the password. It has 96,425 unread emails thanks to people using it to sign up for stuff. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Last month my YouTube account randomly had its advanced features revoked without ever being told what I did wrong (I had no infractions and they don't even say "you lose features because of ___"). Today I ran into the ultimate horror, the thing which makes my 20+ years on the site feel like a waste. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Just got reminded of how Smash Ultimate almost had over 1000 playable Event Matches (compared to Melee's 51 and Brawl's 41) and then made the biggest fumble in video game history and threw away all of that free content because Sakurai actively hates when people try to enjoy his work. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 26/09/2026I think Iron Maiden ruined metal for me by being too good. I absolutely loved them but they set the standard so impossibly high that I never found anyone even remotely close to their level. That's probably why my tastes starting shifting after a few years and my current music is nothing like that. 020 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 20/09/2026There are few things on the internet that upset me as much as the fact that the full version of Dikembe Mutombo's 4 1/2 Weeks to Save the World is lost media. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 15/09/2026For a genre that so often sings about Christian values, there sure are a lot of country songs about cheating on your spouse (or trying to get someone to cheat on their spouse with you). 001 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 10/09/2026Definitely speaks to the state of modern internet that you're expected to not get too invested in anything, and having any sort of interest in stuff is now a trait worth calling out (it's not that they're trying to be derogatory about it, but just that "liking things" is no longer the default). 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 10/09/2026The internet loves using the term "hyperfixation", but a lot of what they label as hyperfixating is actually just, like, being into a thing a normal amount, in the conventional way. 100 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 01/09/2026I might have found an upload that worked? But I did let 2 ads play out before starting it, so I need to test it mid-playlist to see if it still happens. But maybe it's good. 000 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 26/07/2026God damn, I just had a variant of a type of dream that I haven't had in years (not a good one)... They were always school-related and lessened down to nothing in the years after graduating college, but this one was about work. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 23/07/2026I forgot that I only found this album in February of this year, it feels like I've had it for longer. This is secretly another one of my favorite recent discoveries. HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 14/07/2026I tried a different upload that I thought would fix it, but still sometimes i breathe gets interrupted by a mid-song ad on YouTube Music. I don't understand, I've listened to other 10 minute songs before and they worked, it's just this one song that consistently gets screwed by YouTube. 010 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 25/06/2026Grand Theft Auto is the biggest anachronism in modern gaming. It has absolutely no cultural presence or impact anymore except for 1 month every 5-10 years when we temporarily go back to 2001. 000 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 09/06/2026Hi, is there a way to save custom levels to a pack? I can get it to recognize new packs (I made a copy of the empty pack as a test) but nothing that I edit saves to the pack when I close the game). 100 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 09/06/2026Also while trying to investigate the problem I accidentally removed one song and when I re-added it they're now doing the thing where they replace the video with a different upload even though I added the same video that was previously there. 000 0
HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 09/06/2026A couple of my playlists disappeared from my library in Youtube Music (they're still there in vanilla Youtube) and I genuinely couldn't tell whether they were being pushed out by my other saved playlists or if it was a glitch because the app is so fucking terrible that I couldn't diagnose it. 000 0

HDT @hdt.bsky.social · 01/06/2026Photobucket has been unusable for years now (literally, they lock you out of your former uploads unless you pay them), but still, this has to be the scummiest wording that I've ever seen on a money-grabbing scheme. 001 0
