🚨VICTORY🚨 Our lawsuit against DHS in Chicago is over. We sued to protect the public's right to observe, protest, and film agents, and Chicagoans continued exercising their rights. Once the Court stepped in, the agents packed up. Read more about our case here: protdem.org/437OR6z

Federal courts have eliminated the right for tribal nations in North Dakota to fight discriminatory election laws, declaring only the Attorney General can sue under the VRA. Meanwhile, Trump's DOJ has abandoned enforcement of voter protections for marginalized groups: boltsmag.org/voting-right...

“A Law Without a Way to Enforce It” - Bolts
In North Dakota as elsewhere, Native voters face a triple threat: judges targeting the VRA, Trump officials hostile to discrimination laws, and a funding crunch depleting their work.

The Trump administration is at war with higher education in the United States. The question is not “will universities resist or submit” — it is: “will they survive the onslaught?” There’s no negotiating with an annihilation attempt: www.ifyoucankeepit.org/p/universiti...

one thing i’m stuck on is this idea that “masculine” energy means license to act like a chud in public, as opposed to more traditional notions of public masculinity, such as those that put a premium on the performance of integrity, honesty, honor and generosity.

It is a day that should live in greatest infamy, borne not just by the malevolent who perpetrated it but also by the cowardly who tolerated it and the irresponsible who minimize it.

I promise you this: Whatever happens on January 6th, it will not be the *certification* of Trump's election. That's because Congress's role is to count, not certify the electoral votes.
Snip of CNN headline: " Johnson allies warn that a speakership paddle could delay Trump's victory certification"

Monitoring the speech of American citizens and taking retaliatory action are not qualities anyone should want in an FBI Director.

Out of roughly 153 million votes cast in this election, the presidency was decided by 230k across the three states of Wisconsin (30k), Michigan (80k) and Pennsylvania (120k). That's 00.15%. This remains an extremely closely divided nation. Any agenda viewed as extreme is likely to face backlash.
