Because I believe in showing my work, I put together this little infographic highlighting the White House claim that they don't store user data and the privacy policy describing several ways in which they admit to storing user data. You can't make this stuff up!

I thought it tacky when USAA, a private bank, announced their billboard/memorial on the National Mall, but for-profit patriotism is the rage in DC now. So, I ignored it. Now, USAA is informing it's customers, who chose not to opt-in, that it's adding their name to its billboard anyways. What the 🤬?

Remember when DOGE claimed USAID sent $50 million to HAMAS in Gaza for condoms? That wasn't trillions of condoms for the Gaza Strip. It was PEPFAR funding for 350k HIV patients in Mozambique's Gaza province, but why let facts get in the way of a good story? @thelastmilewithusaid.substack.com

FWIW. Here are my projections for why Nithya Raman has a shot at beating Spencer Pratt by more than 35,000 votes. She took over 40% of Saturday's vote and nearly 39% of Friday's vote. Nearly every other candidate is falling off in late counts, with Pratt and Bass both losing steam.

DOJ had 12,955 attorneys as of December 31, 2024. Approximately 3,402 attorneys left their roles between January 2025 and January 2026... Let that sink in. DOJ lost over a quarter of its legal machinery in a year dominated by an administration that prides itself on a “law and order” mantra.

Takeaways from my own analysis playing the videos side by side and in sequence. This was another murder. 1. ICE never should have been in this situation 2. No indication victim reached for weapon 3. Grey jacket secured the weapon before 1st shot 4. 2nd shooter was entirely unjustified & excessive

Abdulrahman El Bahnasawy found guilty of material support to terrorism after stabbing a prison guard at Allenwood Penitentiary. El Bahnasawy could face an additional 30 years to life on top of the current 40 year sentence he's serving at ADEX Florence for providing material support to ISIS in 2016.

The Enforcement Act of 1870 was originally designed to combat the KKK's campaign of violence and intimidation. It made it illegal for two people to mask up and suppress the constitutionally protected freedoms of others. Interesting stuff: Criminal: 18 U.S.C. § 241 Civil: 42 U.S. Code § 1985(3)

Shot three occurs as the vehicle is pulling away from the officers. The shot is fired from behind the driver into the area of the open driver's side window, as illustrated by the third spiking waveform.

Shot two occurs after the officer has stepped completely clear of the vehicle. He shoots into the open driver's side window as the vehicle passes. The slide of the weapon can be seen moving toward the rear just before the waveform spikes.

The waveform spike marks the sound of gunfire reaching the recording device after the shot is fired. The cloud above the windshield is likely water vapor reverberating off the glass as the bullet enters. The officer is clear of the vehicle's path, as evidenced by the placement of their feet.

There is no excuse for this. It is murder. The officer was clear of the vehicle before firing the first shot. Fires the second from the side into the driver's open window, and the third is fired from behind into the open driver's window. Don't be gaslit into believing anything else.

I was today-years old when it occurred to me hummingbirds are real life fae. He's even got a little wand!
