This is confusing for people who don’t understand how end of life care can and is provided in people’s homes, many many people actually want to be at home to die and are supported to do just that, I can’t see district and community nursing currently coming into these conversations in the press

Learning about how to be more resilient (look after myself) helped me, when it came from a well meant and loving place, in contrast when it was a tick box mandated training session I was so disturbed by the different approach and potential harm to colleagues I couldn’t stay to finish the session
