260 in that 6.5km on Wednesday I think it was. This week, injury aside hasn’t been that bad, last week and then including the weekend was 9 x 5km in a row. Brutal😂

Ahye it’s a killer, to think I never started until my own stroke recovery. Got a slight intercostal muscle tear so the last 3 days have been a bit gingerly swam. Still some decent times John❤️🙏🏼

5K is 200 lengths, which I’m averaging in about 1hr:30 mins. The physical issues are neck, skin and absolutely completely blocked nose. I’m swimming probably double my usual total distance each day.
