I use a 90mg supplement in the morning but you could also sprinkle a few saffron strands over your morning coffee/ tea and wait a few minutes for it to infuse? Just make sure the saffron is certified genuine - a lot of fakes out there

Rainwater is flooding tents in Gaza. And they were already freezing due to lack of blankets and warm clothing. And let's not forget they're all either hungry or starving, many of them injured/ sick as well. And half of the displaced are children.
