Just popping in to say the IDF has surrounded and is attacking Kamal Adwan hospital in Gaza and the patients and staff are basically screaming into a void ⚠️ okay as you were

So for my most recent blood tests they checked my cholesterol and it was high?? And I was so indignant because I basically live off supplements and smoothies?? Anyway the GP was weirdly dismissive of this and I just found out it's another long covid thing ugh time.com/6283408/covi...

I'm optimistic about a lot of things but the UK government is never one of them. Pretty sure Starmer will be making a statement in support of Israel soon.

Day 3. Autism: 3, ADHD: 0 😎 (but only because I announced day two on bluesky so I didn't want to lose my streak)

Idk who needs to hear this but try saffron. It's less effective with daily use but as a one-off now and then it's an amazing mood booster ✨

I don't care how "nice" everyone is here. I want to see how compassionate people are. We have the opportunity to rescue 6 children out of their freezing soaking wet makeshift tents and give them somewhere warm and dry to sleep. It's a fully verified appeal. Who's in? chuffed.org/project/1173...

Two little girls making peace signs with their fingers

A little Palestinian girl in a pink dress making the peace sign with her fingers

Four adorable children in a tent, eating watermelon

Five little children in a tent, making peace signs and giving thumbs up

Rainwater is flooding tents in Gaza. And they were already freezing due to lack of blankets and warm clothing. And let's not forget they're all either hungry or starving, many of them injured/ sick as well. And half of the displaced are children.

7yo was cold so I gave her a hot water bottle and obviously all I can think about is the hundreds of thousands of children in Gaza with no warm bed tonight

So I actually read the article and basically gen Z don't like onions as much as boomers do and also they prefer chicken to ham. Also avocado is woke, ofc

Having coffee for the first time in 3 years (doesn't play well with my long covid). A third of the way through and it's already looking like a bad idea but I can't stop drinking because it tastes so gooood

This is happening now in Beirut. X, as horrific as it got, is a loudspeaker for the silenced. I am still there because of it. We must get intentional about circulating the horrors in Palestine, Lebanon, Sudan if we intend to make this the just alternative.

Hiba's mother was introduced to me by a journalist in Gaza. She's an amazing woman, dedicating most of her time to supporting traumatized children. She's managed to find a tiny apartment for her own children this winter. Please help her pay rent: chuffed.org/project/1159...

Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!
