WHAT TO DOCUMENT DURING AN ICE ABDUCTION
A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. IDENTIFY THE VICTIM
Ask for name, date of birth, country. Key things to note include physical appearance, any visible injuries, signs of distress (fear, crying, etc.)
2. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION
INote the make, model, color, license plate number, and any unique characteristics (damage, stickers, etc.).
3. ICE AGENT DESCRIPTION
Pay close attention to the perpetrator's physical characteristics (race, height, build, clothing, etc.) and any distinguishing features. ie Tatoos, insignias, words on uniforms.
4. LOCATION AND TIME
Write the time, date and the exact location of the encounter. Timestamp when they show up and leave.
5. LANGUAGE & SPEECH
Identify the language agents are speaking and proficiency(english, spanish, other), note accents, verbal abuse, special phrases or words.

I think it's fascinating that there's these two legal hurdles ai (broadly) is trying to navigate that, imo, seem to maybe conflict with each other. And im really curious about the liability/responsibility question. And it all helps define what this generation defining 'thing' is.
