From what I understand... you don't really need above N4 depending on what you plan on working in. N3+ is "desirable" but in the end the interview will determine whether or not they hire, not the score

We must must must resist the idea that generative AI is inevitable. It is not inevitable. People don't really like it. It doesn't do its job well.
