So he has no feeding tube (one in the nose got removed, no permanent feeding tube per his directive), has oxygen, but is no longer receiving anything beyond comfort. 230

This might be the worst thing ever, I think. He has serious damage to his frontal lobe - at the very least, he would suffer severe personality changes. 480
