Bij de Telegraaf zijn ze nu de "war on optoppen" begonnen. Er zijn naast nieuwbouw nog andere mogelijkheden om woningen toe te voegen. Dat vinden ze bij die krant allemaal gedoe. Voor de Telegraaf telt alleen nieuwbouw.
