BREAKING: A fourth person has died from measles in Pennsylvania, the Mifflin County Coroner confirmed today. The death was in an unvaccinated 18-year-old, who developed acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, or severe brain swelling, as a complication of measles virus. Updated story coming shortly.
