I was also a law student a year ahead of the victim, and, like everyone else at the law school, followed the investigation closely. My recollection is that his whereabouts were documented thoroughly. 110

For those of us who have followed the case with frustration since the crime occurred, it seems like everyone new to the case has to educate themselves on the alibi. 110
