A photo of two charms of the same Mima design from the zine by @geguribanchan (one misprinted, one normal), with text describing the difference between the two. The misprinted version of the charm has an error where parts of the spirits surrounded Mima are only visible when exposed to strong light, and the misprint will be on sale for $8 USD marked down from the original $18.

my websites journal has been updated! a really long dark vent. ill include it here in screenshot form. i talk about my experience in the touhou community and being on the receiving end of blatant misogyny cw: rape, pedophilia, abuse, suicide, self harm yuutou.nekoweb.org/journal.html

june 20th, 2026

PLEASE NOTE: this specific journal entry may contain upsetting content. warnings for mentions of rape, pedophilia, abuse, suicide, self harm. this is a vent piece

touhoufest, huh?

what used to be something i really wanted to go to turned into a name uttered in an under-the-breath curse a year ago. i wanted to attend to see all of my friends gathered in one place to have fun, but even without participating it became one of the most isolating topics of my life. im really frustrated with the fact that theyre just letting a man who covered for my abuser stay on their staff. it was probably the last nail in the coffin for me staying in the touhou community as a whole. and the nightmare continues to be ongoing

for the uninformed, that man's online username is spaztique. youve probably seen him around, both literally and metaphorically. he helps with walfas-related groups as well as the walfas station wagon. this is a man that devalued me into the dirt and was one of the people that introduced a bias towards me that othered me from belonging to a community. all of that has already been addressed on my bluesky.

ive talked about him plenty enough, but thats not why im here typing this today. spaztique is just one of many cogs in a machine.

youve probably noticed that ive become a little more averse to being social or open over the years. i talk less, freeze up in vcs, stumble over my words. the experience im going to talk about is the reason for that.

the touhou community, at large, is one of the most creative spaces ive ever seen and participated in. theres fangames, fan art, fan music, cosplay, merch up the wazoo. its this dedication that inspired me to pick up a pencil and learn to draw when i was eight. i was a part of the community space for 15 years as a result of me discovering it so early from niconicodouga memes and MAD culture. it was my creative muse for the longest time. i left this space a year ago barely being able to remember any good as…

hijacking a victim's vent about their expirences to talk about your own quarrels with one mostly unrelated guy and taking a moral high ground on them and their healing process is geninuely disgusting and infuriating as someone who was turned away from touhou project

Stylized cartoon fan art of Noriko Chofu and Miracle Kanazawa from Love Live Bluebird. They are both enhusiastically chatting with each other as they bold up various utensils meant for baking a cake. Small decorative cakes and fruits float around their heads in the background. Noriko is holding a whisk and bowl while Miracle is holding a lid and shaker.

so glad to see that people like this project!! we'd love to continue making these each year, it's a nice way to look back on the songs that were released and to share what people have to say about them! we enjoyed the comments, especially the long heartfelt ones. it's the story we create together! 💕

A little Mimi doodle. 🫶 She has been taking over my brain more than usual lately… 🫣 【 #parasiteverse #art #ocsky 】

A sketchbook doodle of my OC, Mimi, done with minimal colors in a seafoam green and black lines. She has long, wavy hair, with her bangs kept out of her face with a hair clip, and big round glasses. She’s wearing a nightgown with puffy sleeves, and holding a hand up to her chest with a small smile on her face. She is surrounded by hearts and little swirls, and next to her is an arrow pointing at her with the words “my brain parasite” written next to it.
