Hmmm… I think the closest thing I have is this generic AliExpress mp3 player that's a clone of the 1st generation iPod Shuffle but runs from a microSD card. Speaker not included—you'd hook it up to a speaker by aux—but it can treat folders as albums and one of its play modes is looping an album IIRC
