I have one use of LLMs in my life: once a year I use the one built into the Annual Performance Review system of my job to write my utterly meaningless self-evaluation. My career is siloed/ceilinged (tho still has a semi-sturdy floor) - for that one thing, I’ll let the robots pretend to care.
