NS needs better labour standards and enforcement NOW! "Working there is a nightmare, if you quit he will with hold your final pay to make you wait on the labour board. He will threaten to withhold tips regularly, he wont tip out till you pass a "test" and its a low percentage for back of house."

For too long, Nova Scotians tolerated wage theft, tip theft, and the other lack of worker rights for a supposed “better quality of life.” This led to certain people who got rich at workers’ backs. Workers rights are part of a good quality of life.
