I thought the military generally considered being a cowboy a negative. Focusing on the mission and looking after your people preferably to the yippee-cay-ay full frontal attack. Come to think of it, that's kind of how Russia does it: Everybody forward, turn back & get shot.

It was good of the GOP to invite Jack Smith into a committee to resurface that he believed his team had evidence "beyond a reasonable doubt" that Trump attempted a coup in 2021. Special thanks to Hawkeye Schmitt for providing the face plant that made the news go viral.

Personally, I'm long past laughing. I hold Trump, his enablers in the GOP, and the voters who put them in office in utter contempt. Some of those voters seem to be coming to understand that they were duped; I welcome the prodigals. The others can wallow in their conspiracies. Enjoy the chemtrails.

IMO this started when Trump & his enablers in the GOP allowed Musk & his incels to steal sensitive federal data. That was a huge failure of governance that will be causing trouble for a decade or more.

I watched the clip of Schmitt's "grilling". It was like getting in close to see why the BBQ isn't lighting, then poof - no more eyebrows. Apparently, somebody named Jack went to a basketball game in Atlanta. It wasn't this Jack Smith. To be clear, it wasn't me, either.

I get the disdain for the US being the only vote against this resolution. I'm struggling with the 37-1 vote from an organization with 193 members. 155 abstained? Has to be the Commission on the Status of Women (45 member states), not the UN generally.
