For most of the time when I was in Colorado, I didn't use the internet at all except for schoolwork and contacting my girlfriend. It was a good break, I did a lot of reading. I might try to do that a few times a year or so.

I'm going on a trip to Colorado tomorrow, I'll take a break from all social media while I'm there. On the 12th I will fly to Spain to stay with my girlfriend, I will plan to come back some time after that.

An old friend from school came back to town, so we got the old friend group together (what is left of it, anyway) and hung out. It was a lot of fun to catch up. I got two Miku figures from a gacha machine, the one on the right was the one I wanted. :)

Finished Chainsaw Man... won't say any specific spoilers, but... I actually don't hate the ending. There are frustrating aspects, but I think it was realistic to the setting and character motivations. I do think there were other ways to end it, but I don't mind this one. Respect to Fujimoto sensei.

Went to the doctor this morning. I like my doctor, I complained about some chest pain I've been having and he told me to wait until I am living in Europe to get tests done, because it would be extremely expensive to do it here... I like his honesty 🤣

Grr. I feel like there should be limits on the number of biblical references in a puzzle. 3 of my blind spots were religious references (17A, 6D, 29D) that I just had not heard of. Well, I looked up the words/phrases and am now a bit smarter for it. I guess that's the point. Better luck tomorrow!
