What it built: downloaded Apache source, diffed 2.4.66 vs 2.4.67, found the root cause in h2_mplx.c, built Docker labs for both versions, wrote a Python PoC with DoS and detection modes, iterated until crashes were reliable. All on camera. Nothing staged.
