This was my latest woodworking project. My wife wanted a shelf to the side of the oven so she can prepare food and put things on while cooking. It is made out of leftover cedar I used for the garden beds with a coating of butcher block oil and some heavy duty hinges I got from Amazon.

I built this out of pallets and wood that was left by the previous homeowner to keep wood for my sauna and eventual fire pit this summer.

I’m still quite amazed and proud of my wife and I. We have been able to work hard enough and have been lucky enough to be able to get 2 houses by 30. We just got our new house, and we are so excited to have more yard and space for the family to grow.

My kid helped me shovel today and during breaks got a ride in the Yooper Scooper. Ending with falling into the snow and cuddling. Days and nights like these are some of the most amazing times, and I can’t wait to see what other snow adventures he gets into.

This is a #Parenting tip for traveling. If you have a young child that you can not leave alone, hang out in the bathroom. Always a door that if you need you can crack open to hear, but still separate. Allows us to decompress while being in close quarters.

Went to a store this week, and this was a sign in a restroom. Absolutely made my day, and I hope it makes yours better as well.

When I say that the system is not ready for this I can’t exactly explain how bad this will be. The system is already kinda breaking and is constantly under attack. So much so that it is part of the reason I am leaving the sector. Even clinicians I talk to get freaked out by this a bit.

So I accidentally created a database use Data Jar for my Spotify song request. Currently have no way to add these to my queue currently, but using the url I can technically open them to play on my iPhone so it gets close.
