Orcas are picky eaters! They pass on hunting knowledge matrilineally, and different ecotypes (or communities) hunt different types of food, to avoid competition.
Some orcas eat fish, others eat aquatic mammals, some sharks—and multiple species rip out shark livers, specifically! 🐠🦭🦈
