I think even if you are not officaly dx’d, and even if it ISNT autism but is smth else, you clearly share struggles w autistic folk otherwise you wouldn’t be questioning it. Treat yourself kindly, and let yourself need help- you aren’t faking anything.

Simply because of the current administration. If you can’t do this, speaking with other autistic people about your symptoms can also be really validating. I completely get the imposter syndrome and the desire to KNOW what is going on.
