Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 23/08/2026Hyped for this game. The first chapter was so fun. This might be the game that gets my back into games. Been outside all summer. 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 07/08/2026Nier Automata. It was the whole reason that doitsujin made DXVK. Plus it's a good game. More useful tests would be games that detect running on deck and hide their PC options. Tony Hawk, Katamari Damacy, maybe others I can not recall. 110

Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 06/08/2026Glad I still have mine. I once sold my Sega and all my games for rent money. Never again, I'm hording all my toys and when homebrew happens for them. Modding them for even more fun. 020
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 24/07/2026Got my zine published by @demodisc.zone reminds me of how thirsty I was for Dreamcast news with my Official Dreamcast Magazine subscription. I nearly had the entire usa run of that. Never should have tossed it. 110

Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 20/06/2026Wow. I'm shocked I actually got one on launch morning. I failed to get a PS5 like 4 times back when that was new. Hope this is due to popularity and not due to supply constraints. 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 19/06/2026Been a lot of videos about #BluRay and #xbox360 game ripping with OmniDrive FW these days. I finally sat down and set it up with my ebay Dell BU40N I've had for a few weeks. Now I can make my own "digital copy" of these Funimation releases. #violetevergarden 010
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 19/06/2026@steamdeckhq.com do you get this too? I tried web searching it but I don't think anyone but me uses desktop mode a lot of the time. 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 19/06/2026@lawrenceyang.bsky.social @steamdeck.com I bet this is just new KDE Plamsa defaults. But any clue why SteamOS 3.8 in desktop mode has 3 always on video streams to the Steam application? What's it doing? If this is part of game recording, on the Deck I keep that to manually turn on. 010
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 19/06/2026That's cool. If I still used a stagger row layout, I'd at least want the keycaps. 000

Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 14/06/2026I'm in this post and I think it's kinda neat. Not gonna stop Nvidia from their monopoly game though. 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 20/05/2026It's not like Sony has been capable of making any games that are interesting single player experiences since the ps3 anyways. 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 20/05/2026When the game supports steam overlay/input. It's goated. Beats the PS4/5 and Switch pro controllers in features. I find it very comfortable, took 1/2 stellar blade to get used to PS5's banana handles. However, when a non steam game breaks the overlay, it's a brick. Like the Linux build of Dusklight. 310
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 09/05/2026It's here! Yay. But off to work I go. #steamcontroller #valvehardware 120
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 07/05/2026For once I was one of the lucky real customers that got an order in. But happy this will be better going forward. I hope they keep this up, I want a steam frame too. 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 07/05/2026I think it was 2 based on some ideas from MonroeWorld on YT proposed in his follow up video on the purchase. He ordered 2 and saw no ebay sellers that had more than 2 in stock. We can assume since, account in good standing and purchase before 4/27 is now required, that these were not before. 000

Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 07/05/2026Oh. Try with heroic add game to steam. Been struggling with them and my 8bitdo 2c lately. Not going to buy breath of fire 4 again but with denuvo just for steam deck. 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 02/05/2026For as cute and made for a living as it is. Probably worth the 900 I predict it will be. But I just don't need it. Fortune enough to have my old PC as the TV PC. That controller though 👀 000
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 27/04/2026Great because the Hori Steam and Playstation controllers have only been passable when using some of my more complex controller profiles. 000

Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 28/03/2026True. I was a dumb teen. Maybe I'll burn copies and print labels just to fill these empty jewel cases and play sometimes. At least I ripped all those CDs. 020
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 27/03/2026Whoops. I never did. Now I found my CD album case's but not the visor strap on slip case that held the CDs. 120
Guy_Manley @guymanley.bsky.social · 26/03/2026FG needs to slow the GPU draw rate to give it overhead to draw the in between frames. It will always have more input latency than native. And on a power constrained device like the deck this never feels good. 000
