Been a lot of videos about #BluRay and #xbox360 game ripping with OmniDrive FW these days. I finally sat down and set it up with my ebay Dell BU40N I've had for a few weeks. Now I can make my own "digital copy" of these Funimation releases. #violetevergarden

Violet Evergarden anime full series, insert coupon for Funimation Digital copy Y0SQ-3XVT-YAM2-CC9G-RXYY, but that service is long dead. LOL

@lawrenceyang.bsky.social @steamdeck.com I bet this is just new KDE Plamsa defaults. But any clue why SteamOS 3.8 in desktop mode has 3 always on video streams to the Steam application? What's it doing? If this is part of game recording, on the Deck I keep that to manually turn on.

KDE Plasma desktop environment showing the notifications are in Do Not Disturb mode as well as a tool tip pop up showing that 3 video streams to steam are currently running.

When the game supports steam overlay/input. It's goated. Beats the PS4/5 and Switch pro controllers in features. I find it very comfortable, took 1/2 stellar blade to get used to PS5's banana handles. However, when a non steam game breaks the overlay, it's a brick. Like the Linux build of Dusklight.

Yeah a buddy at work gave me his monitor from high school. I have used it to play old and new games. It's crazy. No matter what there is zero motion blur. We really fucked up going to LCD. But the desk space and weight of the thing is a trade off.
