I was working at MacPlay at the time. Probably finishing the port of Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. I remember walking in the office to see my co-workers around the TV. I asked if anything new had happened, and right on cue, that second plane. We stopped working after that and went home.

Today is the 25th anniversary of 9/11. I don’t talk about it a lot because I don’t want to “celebrate” today, but I remember taking the DART Rail down to the West End in Downtown Dallas, and showing up in the office just as the plane hit the second tower. It’s funny what memory keeps. Little things.
