Cathy Wilcox:
When contacted by SkyNews.com.au at the time, Ms Wilcox unleashed an extraordinary expletive-laden rant.

“Why in God's name do you think I would answer the questions of Murdoch's petty little propaganda operation, to give them more fuel for their campaign of hatred?” she said.

“The irony of me having to answer to charges of hatred when your grubby outfit gives not one shit about what you do to people you target.

“Remind the boss about how much they cared about free speech when one of theirs was in the spotlight.

“Political correctness gone mad, eh? You and your hit squad goons can fuck right off.”Social media user Rosco The Grouch, who claims to be a retired secondary school teacher,
labelled the decision to apologise to Jewish Australians “simpering. Sycophantic. Blather”.
He added: “So much for the once great SMH. Maybe (Cathy Wilcox) ought to consider
joining a paper that has some integrity.”
Wilcox responded: “Do you know of any?”
Sky News contacted The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age for comment, but did not
receive a response at the time of publication.

"We're spending 10 billion on killing people and planet with fossil fuels which will be used mainly by billionaires". #AusPol #AusBudget
More than $10 billion will be spent on strengthening Australia's fuel security to ease supply constraints caused by the Iran war.
The government will increase the minimum stockholding obligation for every type of fuel by about 10 days.
This will ensure at least 50 days of supply for jet fuel and diesel, and 37 days of petrol.
To help refiners and importers meet these new obligations, the government is spending $7.5 billion on loans and equity to allow companies to purchase the extra stock.
The government will also spend $3.2 billion on establishing a government-owned fuel reserve, which will hold 1 billion litres of emergency supply of diesel and jet fuel.
