I still enjoyed it but those last 2 seasons of Battlestar Galactica really couldnt match the quality of the first 2.

I would want to know what you can actually invest in this thing. If it's just a nice wrapper to slowly move over ETF investments then happy days. Otherwise it could be a bit of a turd.

The squirrel has levels of intense lunacy that I don't think are replicated by any other poster on the entire internet. You could power entire civilizations on their level of utter blood and venom insanity.

Running all over the place is an amazing line. Yes it's true all our clocks are from the 19th century.

Slightly separate tale, but deep in the weeds journalism like this, man I wish we had a way to guarantee it never dies.

I think it does become a more common thing as you get older, having to relearn mechanics your brain kinda goes feck this. Happened to me in the last proper new assassins creed game, I was like ugh hours of building up again! Ok back to the division 2, I have already learned your spreadsheets!

Man that post describing the head on commercial as a historical example has me feeling pretty damn old. Brb going to stare at some newgrounds website snapshots.

I think that's how all the Diablo 4 characters go. Here is your premium armour, your character appears to have run thru a spikey metal shop, but also with colours!

Hahaha that's fair, I get you. The interest rate overlap just amused me, and reminded me it's so much about if you can just refinance/rollover you just shrug and it's everyday life. I remember the Irish bailout talk began at around this interest rate.

Completely random side take. It's amusing? That rates are at levels now in the USA that would be bailout talk territory back during the Eurozone crisis. Amazing how much you don't need to worry about shit, when you don't have to question does your central bank back the sovereigns under it.

A shocking take, but I get the sense they have not thought this thru! Europe refuses. They ban in a hissy fit. Europe then releases reserves to compensate. Prices still increase. Masterful gambits.

I enjoy the scene at the end of Kelly's heroes, with the mechanic railing against how junk Tigers are to try and maintain.

Mid October. I have no idea if it's desperate wish casting or reasonable conjecture, or a mix of the two. It supports the depressing idea it will drag on for awhile.

I find it kinda illuminating to check on how the less cave troll boosters of the war are opining on it now. Case in point would be Noah rothman. They talked about it on the national review podcast, and you were transported to a world of uprisings occurring, the iranians will run out of cash in

Decided ok feck it ok I'll give it a lesson. The music video is fabulously decadent. Felt like something that would get a big MTV premiere in the 1990s. Song is nice. But to defend the hipsters claiming they never heard it, culture is so atomized today it's actually believable.

What's the logic here. Have the MPs gone stale? Did they run out of battery for voting and can only be charged via election juice? My god how can anybody advise this without having terminal hot take brain.

Most Irish people expect EU would defend us, but a minority would send military help the other way
While close to 60% of adults think EU countries would come to Ireland’s aid, only a third think Ireland should be prepared to militarily support another EU country if it is attacked.

It would be utter insanity. You would buy maybe a week or so of optical good will within your own narrow parochial voting targets? And then shit will hit the fan and real world impacts would erase all those gains.

I have this idea for a sitcom about the ministry of defense for a small country that's kinda chill and isn't catching smoke from anyone. Sort of a Parks and Rec type thing. Like, the head of the Jamaican Defense Force's air wing pushes to buy some used F-16s from Portugal to everyone's bafflement.

It's beyond parody at this point. Oh no AI will escape and live on the internet! Amazing, yes the Internet is just made of nothing but 5090s to run on, give me a break. I have contempt for these clowns.

They are being ridiculously precious about the word, it's bizarre. He won the election, he gained power, that's a mandate. Otherwise what sort of stupid nonsense should we tolerate, I guess virtually no parties in PR systems in Europe have ever won a mandate. Or labour in the UK in 1997!

Some countries it's just insanely punishing to invest as well. In Ireland they have an utterly moronic system called deemed disposal, which basically forces you to pay a 38% exit tax on ETFs every 8 years EVEN IF YOU DONT SELL ANYTHING!!

I do marvel at people in an FPTP system unable to process what that truly means. You have a binary choice. You don't have a I will feel better choice. Ok this is kinda random, but the entirety of European progress since 1956 would never have happened if people used this pure blood shit.
