Honoured to see my research cited by the EU Court of Justice’s Advocate General in a major ruling on direct marketing. In Inteligo Media (C‑654/23), the Court confirmed that a sale under the ePrivacy Directive doesn’t require money: personal data exchanged for access to a service can be enough!

Over the moon! The top law & technology conference in the UK and Ireland will come to Scotland next year - it's been 32 years since Strathclyde hosted it and 9 years since a Scottish university had such a privilege. Going to BILETA changed my career, I'm sure many have similar stories to share!
