How do you really feel? If not okay and want to change, therapy to find the root cause. Take a chill pill (potentially, literally, after professional consultation). Slow down. What works for me and science says for most: exercise, a balanced diet, and no screen before bed. Try yin yoga. Take care!

Apple keeps changing my preferred search engine FROM duckduckgo TO Google. Google keeps harassing me to log in to google to access ANYTHING. So I changed some settings. Now I’ve lost tabs, been locked out of websites, etc. End result: I hate both more, am MORE motivated to find ways to avoid them.
