The gauge along the South Pacolet River near Campobello was
reporting a level of 8.6 feet and falling slowly. At 8 feet,
common, nuisance flooding of low-lying areas adjacent to the
South Pacolet River is beginning. Old Mill Rd is beginning to
flood due to high flow and backwater effects from the adjacent
tributary Motlow Creek.

occurring in low lying areas along the South Pacolet. This
includes portions of Old Mill Rd.

flood warning sirens for the Falls Creek area just north of Chimney
